PIVOTAL MOMENT
Early on at ?What If! I worked on a healthcare project to infuse patient insight into the drug discovery process to treat depression. There was a scientist on the team who had never talked to someone who was suffering from depression before working with us – and the power of that primary insight to ultimately identify a whole new set of symptoms that could be alleviated with medication. It was the first time that I truly understood the good that insight and innovation could bring to the world.
